Hot Pepper Jelly
This is our most popular jelly. It starts out with bell peppers and cider vinegar for lots of flavor. Then we add jalapeno and Habanero peppers for some heat. Not burn your mouth out hot, but there is definitely a good tingle on the tongue.
It’s great with cream chees and crackers, but try it on anything you have on the grill! It gives chicken, shrimp, or steaks a fantastic “something” of a little sweet and a little spicy. You’ll have everyone wondering how you got to be such a pro!
